EDM Logger data transfer for
client
ended.
num_read
records enqueued,
num_filter
records filtered out
The PowerExchange Logger completed the data transfer for the specified client. The number of change records that the PowerExchange Logger passes to the log reader is indicated by the variable
num_read
. The PowerExchange Logger filters change records based on the list of EDMNAMEs passed by the log reader and only passes the log reader change records for those sources. The variable
num_filter
indicates the number of change records that the PowerExchange Logger read but did not pass to the log reader. If the log reader does not provide a resource interest list, the PowerExchange Logger does not filter change records and the value for
num_filter
is zero.
The PowerExchange Logger also writes message PWXEDM172791I to its EDMMSG data set, which includes the number of sources in the resource interest list. To determine the EDMNAMEs that the log reader included in the resource interest list, see the PWXEDM263025I messages in the EDMMSG data set of the log reader address space.
Processing continues.
