Check the following conditions and correct any issues that might cause this error:
  • The amount of memory should be reasonable for the task. For example, loading an IMS DBD program should require about the same amount of memory as the size of the load module in the LOAD library.
  • The z/OS region size must be adequate for the task.
  • The initiating task must have sufficient below-the-line memory.
