The function call request is rejected. The caller has to deal with it, and issue supplementary messages, to elaborate on the error.
Do the following:
  1. Ensure that correct IMS parameters have been set in the dbmover.cfg parameters.
  2. Contact Informatica Global Customer Support with existing diagnostics.
