Contact Informatica Global Customer Support for support on which traces are required, or give Informatica Global Customer Support a copy of the failing registration group file, along with information on the software level being used. Resolution might require an intensive 'MEM' trace, so the user is urged to work with Informatica Global Customer Support to enable them to recreate the problem at their own site, rather than the users.
