In the IMS RECON data set, the IMS log-based ECCR did not find a SECLOG record of type x'09' that has the specified key value. The corresponding PRILOG record indicates that the data set is in error.
Because the ECCR cannot find a valid data set entry in either the PRILOG or SECLOG, the ECCR job ends abnormally with a return code greater than 4.
Verify that your IMS database is configured to use SECLOG recovery logs. If so, check the SECLOG records in all of the RECON data sets to find the record with the specified key.
