Not authorized to write to log file (DTLLOG).
The user identifier that is running a PowerExchange task does not have the authority to output information to the PowerExchange log file.
The program ends and reports the error.
Either grant the necessary authority to the user profile to have write access to the PowerExchange log file, or change the user profile that runs the PowerExchange tasks to a profile that does have authority. Run the program again.
