The SQL code page in the configuration file is not valid.
Reason 1. The code page does not support a minimum of one byte per character.
Reason 2. The code page is foreign to the platform and is not compatible with the code page that programs are compiled in.
Processing fails.
Provide a suitable SQL code page in the PWX configuration file (dbmover.cfg). For SQL containing multibyte characters on Windows and UNIX, UTF-8 can be used.
