To get area numbers from an IMS DEDB Fast Path unload file that was created by using the Unload function of the BMC Database Management for IMS Solutions, if PowerExchange functions GetDatabaseKey() or GetIMSRBAByLevel() were specified in the data map, PowerExchange must call the IMS DEDB randomizer routine. It is therefore not possible to read the file on Linux, UNIX or Windows.
Processing ends.
Perform one of the following actions:
Specify a z/OS node.
Remove the RBA columns that call the PowerExchange functions GetDatabaseKey() or GetIMSRBAByLevel() from the data map. These functions require the randomizer.
Unload the IMS database to a different IMS file format, such as IBM Trimar or BMC Trimar.
