The IMS ECCR will process the SLDS records from the specified start time. The start time is shown as the hexadecimal store clock time followed by a timestamp that consists of the Julian date and

hh:mm:ss:nnnnnn

time (RECON minimum version 10.1 and later) or hh:mm:ss:nn time (earlier RECON minimum versions).
