The PowerExchange Listener on z/OS cannot accept new connections because the available memory is not sufficient to start a new task. PowerExchange requires a minimum of 50 MB of extended storage or the amount specified in configuration parameter JOB_START_MINIMUM_MEMORY_MB, and 128 KB of below the line memory to start a new task.
The PowerExchange Listener waits for memory to become available before accepting new connections.
Set the JCL REGION size appropriately for the workload. Informatica recommends setting the region size to the maximum value according to the PWX-00647
