. Check ECCR DDCARD and ADABAS library in STEPLIB.
An Adabas ECCR call to the ADASEL utility failed. This problem can occur if the STEPLIB concatenation in the ECCR JCL specifies an Adabas library that is incompatible with the ADASEL version. For example, the ECCR STEPLIB specifies an Adabas 7.1 library, which does not support Adabas spanned records. However, you run ADASEL 8.2.
x
, which supports spanned records. This problem might also occur if the DDCARD statement in the ECCR JCL points to RUNLIB member that contains an ADARUN statement that includes a database number, device, or SVC number that is incompatible with the version that the ECCR expects.
The Adabas ECCR ends abnormally.
Correct the ADABAS library version that is specified in the STEPLIB statement of the Adabas ECCR JCL, or correct the ADARUN statement in the RUNLIB member to which the DDCARD points.
