The ECCR passed the end of the capture registration suspension window in the change stream. The ECCR then reactivated capture processing at the specified activation time. When the ECCR found the first change record with a timestamp later than the activation timestamp, the ECCR processed the record.

is the user-defined registration name with the registration version appended.
