Partial Condense files will be allocated with block size

.
This informational message reports the block size and record length, in bytes, that PowerExchange Condense uses to allocate partial condense files on a z/OS or i5/OS system. The record length is related to how the records are physically stored in a condense file, which can affect runtime disk space and efficiency. The record length does not limit the number of bytes in a particular row. For a single row, more than 32760 bytes of data can be written across multiple records.
