ECCR will ignore batch log
data_set_name
 because COLDSTART in CAPTIMS is after log start time.
The IMS log-based ECCR was cold started with a STARTTIME parameter in the RUNLIB(CAPTIMS) member that specifies a capture start position in the middle of the specified IMS batch archive log. To prevent target database corruption, the ECCR ignores the specified IMS log data set for change capture.
The ECCR continues processing.
