The connection string at the specified offset contains characters outside of the 7-bit ASCII range. Although connection string processing is configured to expect the connection string in UTF-8 encoding, PowerExchange parsing of the connection string indicates that the UTF-8 lead byte is not valid.
Processing fails.
Enter the CONNECTSTRINGCODEPAGE override in the
PWX Override
 connection attribute and ensure that its value matches the code page of the characters in the connection string.
