This is not really an error, but a safety feature to avoid potential corruption of user data. The Access Method 'ISB' needs a resource that it cannot obtain. It is requesting the resource in support of a user request made through the PowerExchange API. The user request in progress at the time, is reported in the'function' field. The resource that the Access Method cannot obtain, is reported in the 'resource' field. The return code indicating the error is supplied in the
return_code
 field.
The I/O operation is abandoned, along with any API services that were in progress.
If you are able to determine what is causing the contention (such as two identical processes running at the same time), then you can fix the problem locally. Otherwise, Contact Informatica Global Customer Support with existing diagnostics.
