An attempt was made to issue the PWXUCREG utility CANCEL_SUSPEND_REGISTRATION command for a capture registration that does not have a status of Suspended. This command is intended to reset the registration status from Suspended to Active, possibly to back out a previous SUSPEND_REGISTRATION command that was issued by mistake or at the wrong time.
