The i5/OS job performed a SQL TRUNCATE operation on the specified DB2 table, which is registered for PowerExchange DB2 for i5/OS CDC. DB2 writes only a single journal entry for the truncation. As a result, PowerExchange CDC has no means of identifying the records that the TRUNCATE operation deleted from the table.
CDC processing ends.
Specify a new restart token for the truncated table. The restart token must identify a position in the change stream that occurs after the TRUNCATE operation. Informatica recommends that you do not use a TRUNCATE statement to delete records from i5/OS tables that are registered for CDC.
