During refresh processing, the ECCR ended or was shut down. As a result, the ECCR has started aborting active units of work (UOWs) in preparation for reprocessing them.

is the ECCRNAME value specified in the ECCR parameters.

system _time
is in the format Day Month DD HH:MM:SS.NNN YYYY.
After the ECCR is restarted, it resumes refresh processing and reprocesses the UOWs.
