The specified IMS log that is in error has been permanently skipped. The log was skipped because the IMS log-based ECCR parameter ERROR_LOG is set to SKIP, or the ERROR_LOG parameter is set to WTOR and you entered the SKIP option.
The IMS ECCR skips the log and continues processing.
