An error occurred when the internal DTLAINT interface invoked the DTLCLOCK routine to convert a Datacom SQL time stamp in a change record to storeclock format. The routine attempts this conversion only when LOCAL_TIME=Y is specified in the Datacom table-based ECCR configuration member. The error might be caused by an incorrectly formed Datacom SQL time stamp.
The DTLCLOCK routine returns this error with the specified result code to the calling software.
