If you are setting up the ECCR and SYSTABLES appears in the message, the DATA CAPTURE CHANGES attribute is not set for all of the catalog tables that PowerExchange requires.
If you are setting up the ECCR and TCAPTABLES appears in the message, you are not performing the setup steps in the correct order.
If the ECCR previously ran, the DATA CAPTURE CHANGES attribute has been disabled for one or more of the required catalog tables.
If the

table is a table registered for change data capture, the Db2 for z/OS ECCR will not capture change data for the table.
