EDM ECCR received TERMINATE command from EDM Logger

While an environmental change capture routine (ECCR) was active, the change interface component (CIC) received a TERMINATE command from the PowerExchange Logger. This could be caused by a user stopping the PowerExchange Logger.
The ECCR ends.
Determine what caused the PowerExchange Logger to terminate. Correct the problem, and start the PowerExchange Logger again.
