EDMPARMS DD statement is missing
The required EDMPARMS DD statement is not in the PowerExchange Logger for z/OS JCL.
The PowerExchange Logger address space ends abnormally.
Add an EDMPARMS DD statement to the JCL. Then run the Logger job again.
