The PowerExchange Agent main task attempted to attach a new subtask. The internal ATTACHX macro failed and returned the return code

. The variable

provides the name of the load module that was specified in the associated ATTACHX macro, and
rc
provides the return code from the ATTACHX macro.
If the error occurred while the PowerExchange Agent was starting, the PowerExchange Agent ends. If the error occurred during processing of a PowerExchange Agent START command, the PowerExchange Agent continues processing.
