The PowerExchange Logger for z/OS received a response to a resume request, but the return code and reason code indicate that the resume request failed. The PowerExchange Logger sent the resume request (RESUMEL command) to the Post-Log Merge task because some ECCRs tried to connect to the PowerExchange Logger while it was quiesced.
