The PowerExchange Agent is drained or in the process of draining and has rejected an EDMSINIT request. An error message preceding this one displays the task that issued the request and the resulting return and reason codes.
The message text contains the following variables:
module
is the failing module.
agentid
is the PowerExchange Agent.
status
is the status of the draining process.
The PowerExchange Agent rejects the EDMSINIT call. The function that issued the request might also fail.
Issue a RESUME command to allow EDMSINIT calls, if necessary.
