The PowerExchange Logger for z/OS encountered an error while processing a function call to the specified global circular queue that it uses to send or receive data. Global queues are used to pass data between address spaces. This message reports the task name, function type, the name of the global circular queue, the return code, and the reason code.

This message is issued as a WTO message.
The PowerExchange Logger ends abnormally.
