The IMS log-based ECCR encountered an IMS log in error and entered a wait state to allow you to correct the log. The ECCR waits because the ECCR parameter ERROR_LOG is set to WAIT, or the ERROR_LOG is set to WTOR and you entered the WAIT option.
The system waits and then retries.
Correct the error log during the wait period.
