The request for a secure connection was not accepted. The message information indicates whether the process is a client or server process and whether peer certificates are verified. On machines such as Linux, Unix, Windows, and IBM i machines, information about rejected connections is typically logged under messages such as PWX-31046 and PWX-31070 instead of message PWX-00674.
The task does not start.
To determine the cause of the error, check the following items:
On the client, look for messages regarding protocols, ciphers, and certificates. Verify that the protocols, ciphers, certificates are valid.
Verify that the NODE statement in the DBMOVER configuration file on the client machine is configured correctly.
For a client that connects to an IBM i V7R2 machine, verify that the client uses TLSV1.2.
Look for the error code from AT-TLS in the TCP/IP job print file, JESMSGLG, or in the UNIX syslog. For more information about the error code, see the IBM
Cryptographic Services System Secure Sockets Layer Programming Guide
. Then verify the AT-TLS policy rule that controls the port.
