An error occurred while PowerExchange was trying to open the specified Partial or Full condense file. This error might occur because the file no longer exists or the job has insufficient authority to read the file.
The request fails.
Locate the specified condense file. If the file was deleted, use the appropriate method to synchronize the CDCT file with the existing condense files. For example, rematerialize the target and then cold start PowerExchange Condense. This method clears all information for the instance from the CDCT and checkpoint files and deletes all of the condense files that are associated with the external capture mask (z/OS) or Condense library (i5/OS).
Another method is to locate a checkpoint file that defines an appropriate restart time and then delete more recent checkpoint files. When Condense runs, the system synchronizes the CDCT file with the DCT entries in the selected checkpoint file. Problem records are deleted from the CDCT file, and processing resumes from the point that is defined by the sequence and restart tokens. If you intend to use this method, contact Informatica Global Customer Support for assistance.
If the condense file appears to no longer exist, attempt to read it through a PowerExchange Listener. For example, run the PowerExchange Navigator or a DBMOVE job with a source that is defined by a data map that uses the NRDB access method. If you cannot determine the cause of the problem, contact Informatica Global Customer Support.
