When a PowerExchange Listener on a z/OS system starts, this warning message identifies the JCL region size and suggests that the size be increased because of the maximum number of tasks exceeds the number that can be started with the existing region size. These values are affected by the JCL region and the IEFUSI exit if configured.
Processing continues. The Listener stops accepting incoming connections if there is not enough available memory to start a task.
Consider increasing the JCL REGION size as suggested to accommodate the workload and prevent LSQA shortages.
