The specified resource is not protected by RACF, or class not active.
The z/OS software checked a user's authorization to access a resource using the RACROUTE interface with a request type of REQUEST=AUTH. This checking resulted in SAF RC 4 and RACF RC 4 return codes. Under normal circumstances, these return codes mean that the resource is not defined to RACF or to an equivalent
z/OS
security facility that is in use, such as ACF2 or Top Secret. The return codes can also indicate that the class name is misspelled in the RACF_CLASS parameter of the DBMOVER configuration file or that the class is not active. When class-related problems exist, user permission checks fail for all user and resource combinations. For more information about the return codes from the RACROUTE interface, see the
z/OS Security Server RACROUTE Macro Reference
.
Processing ends.
Verify that the resource is defined to RACF using either a discrete or generic profile in the class that is specified by the RACF_CLASS parameter. The default RACF_CLASS value is FACILITY. If the resource is defined, ask the RACF security administrator to verify that the class is active.
