Overview

Overview

Qubole is a data activation platform that interacts with Amazon Web Services (AWS) to automate cloud computing tasks. Qubole and Informatica Big Data Management work together to enable advanced data management pipelines. Big Data Management can run on Qubole clusters to extract, transform, and load data to any of several data repositories on AWS.
To use Big Data Management with a Qubole cluster, you must configure various elements in the AWS and Qubole environments. Then you use the Qubole interface to configure Big Data Management to run on Qubole.
When configuration is complete, you can run mappings from the Developer tool in the Qubole environment on AWS.
