Edit core_site_xml Settings in the Cluster Configuration

Perform this task to enable the Data Integration Service to run mappings that access resources on S3 storage.

Use the Administrator tool to add the following property-value pairs to the core_site_xml configuration set in the cluster configuration:

fs.s3.isClusterOnEc2Role=FALSE

fs.s3n.isClusterOnEc2Role=FALSE

fs.s3n.awsSecretAccessKey=<secret access key value>

fs.s3n.awsAccessKeyId=<access key id value>

fs.s3a.buffer.dir=/tmp
