Issue
Description
DQC-34932
Data Quality fails to send email notifications when an exception task job fails. The issue arises when the Secure Agent that you selected in the associated profiling task is inactive in the runtime environment. (October 2024 release)
DQC-34805
If you run a test in a Data Quality asset, the asset fails to return the test results for the final row of input test data that you enter.
The issue arises in cleanse, deduplicate, labeler, and parse assets. (October 2024 release)
DQC-34672
A mapping that contains a Rule Specification transformation fails in the following scenario:
  • The rule specification that you selected in the transformation contains a custom expression that doesn't return a string data type.

Data Quality can display a validation error for a valid rule specification when you perform the following steps:
  1. You configure the asset in basic mode.
  2. You configure the custom expression IIF in a rule statement in a child rule set.
  3. You save the asset and convert it to advanced mode.
  4. You validate the asset.

If you have Read permission for assets and no other permission, the
Edit
 option appears when you open a rule specification asset in advanced mode. Data Quality may prompt you to save the asset although you made no change to the asset. (July 2024 release)

The input columns in the test panel of a rule specification are listed in a different order in basic and advanced modes. (November 2023 release)

When an input data value in a rule specification test panel does not satisfy the test conditions, the results can display double quotation marks for the input instead of an empty cell. The issue is observed in advanced mode. (November 2023 release)

When you switch to advanced mode in a rule specification in a Japanese locale, the rule specification does not prompt you to save the asset with another name in the following scenario:
  • The original asset name contains non-ASCII characters.
