The first attempt to read captured data was made to the PowerExchange Consumer API with the time-out period as specified.
Either data is returned to the caller (CAPXRT extraction or Condense) or the time interval expires and the calling process closes. If the time-out period is 86400 seconds, then reading never expires. For example, the system waits for data forever, or until the task is manually closed.
No response is required.
