The Connect String contains characters not valid for UTF-8.
The connection string contains characters outside of the 7-bit ASCII range. Although connection string processing is configured to expect the connection string in UTF-8 encoding, the code page conversion from UTF-8 fails.
Processing fails.
Enter the CONNECTSTRINGCODEPAGE override in the
PWX Override
 connection attribute and ensure that its value matches the code page of the characters in the connection string.
