' has a negative constant LE/LT condition without a GE/GT.
When PowerExchange executed SQL with a WHERE clause against data for Adabas, Datacom, IDMS, IMS or KSDS, the NRDB optimized reading process discarded a condition .The condition is still used for post-read qualification. PowerExchange cannot automatically generate a limit low value to match a greater-than-or-equals, or a greater-than condition that involves a negative constant.
Processing continues, but the skipped condition causes too many records to be read, which causes slower overall processing.
Correct the SQL WHERE clause to specify the high negative value with either the greater-than (>) operator or the not-less-than (>=) operator. This message can be suppressed using the REPORT_UNUSED_OPT_READING_CONDITIONS=N parameter.
