Shutdown DELAYED. ECCR in the middle of a multi part x'9904'.
A CLOSE command for the IMS log-based ECCR has been delayed. Execution of the command is not permitted when the ECCR is in the middle of processing a multi-part record.
ECCR processing continues. When the ECCR completes processing the multi-part x'9904' record, the CLOSE command runs.
No response is required.
