Userid is not authorized by RACF to access the resource.
On z/OS, the Resource Access Control Facility (RACF) did not authorize a user ID to access a protected resource that is required for CDC processing.
CDC processing ends abnormally.
To identify the user ID and resource, see the accompanying PWX-03322 message that has a return code of 3341. Then, on the z/OS system, grant the user ID READ authority on the resource.
