An attempt was made to issue the PWXUCREG utility CANCEL_ACTIVATE_REGISTRATION command for a capture registration that does not have a status of Active. This command is intended to reset the registration status from Active to Suspended, possibly to back out a previous ACTIVATE_REGISTRATION command that was issued by mistake or at the wrong time.
The utility ends.
Correct the utility command input and run the utility again, if necessary.
