Error CLRPFM used by i5/OS job

 prevents processing by DB2 for i5/OS CDC.
The file registered for collection was cleared using the i5/OS CLRPFM command. Clearing a file in this manner only writes a single journal entry and provides DB2 for i5/OS CDC with no means of identifying the actual records deleted from the file.
Collection ends and the request ends.
This file requires a new restart token that is after this incident. The user should ensure that NO files registered for collection are cleared in this manner.
