An error occurred while the IMS ECCR was reading information about archive logs from the RECON data set.

 are PowerExchange return codes for the failure.
The IMS ECCR does not use the RECON data set.
The IMS ECCR maintains three copies of the RECON data sets. The primary RECON data set is called RECON1 or Copy1. The second data set is called RECON2 or Copy2. The third is called RECON3 or SPARE. If the IMS ECCR fails to access RECON1, it tries to use RECON2 or RECON3.
