During the start up of an ODBC or SCLI session, this informational message displays information about the code pages in use when connect calls are done. The control and SQL code pages are defined in the PowerExchange configuration file dbmover.cfg. The data code page is taken from the connection LocalCodepage parameter, but is overridden to UTF8 on Metadata calls when importing source or target tables.
