Opening a Replication Configuration in the Data Replication Console

Opening a Replication Configuration in the Data Replication Console

Open a configuration that is associated with a Server Manager Main server to view or edit the configuration.
If you connect to the Server Manager Main server as the idradmin user, you can view and edit any replication configuration. If you connect to the Main server as a regular replication user, you can view any replication configuration but you can edit only the replication configurations for which you are designated as the owner.
  1. Connect to the Server Manager Main server.
  2. On the
    Server Manager
    tab >
    Configs
view, double-click the configuration row or select the configuration row and click the
    Switch to Edit Mode
icon button on the main toolbar.
If Data Replication cannot connect to the source or target database, the Console displays a dialog box that asks you to confirm that you want to open the configuration without connecting to the source and target. Click
    Yes
    to open the configuration.
A progress dialog box is displayed until the configuration is open.
