You attempted to add Metadata Manager privileges or roles to a group. However, the license object for the Metadata Manager Service is enabled to validate the number of licensed users assigned to a Metadata Manager Service. If the license object is enabled to validate the number of licensed users, you cannot assign Metadata Manager privileges or roles to groups in the Administrator tool.
