User Name
Oracle CRM On Demand user name. Use the following format: 
<domain>/<user_name>
For example: domain/jsmith@companyname.com
Password
Oracle CRM On Demand password.
Service URL
URL of the Oracle CRM On Demand service. For example:
https://secure-company.crmondemand.com
